By downloading, installing, or using Arrow Flow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms and the App Store terms under which the App was obtained.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or to interfere with its normal operation.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, artwork, level designs, music, and the "Arrow Flow" name, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Terms
These Terms are in addition to any agreement you enter into with Apple when downloading the App. Where a conflict exists with applicable App Store terms, those store terms will govern the distribution of the App.
